5. Booking and Payment

5.1 Booking Process

Sessions are booked through our online scheduling system. By confirming a booking, you agree to the date, time, and service type selected.

5.2 Payment Terms

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated

5.3 Payment Disputes

If you dispute a charge, you must contact us within 30 days. Disputes handled through your credit card company may result in service cancellation.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Cancellation by Client

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable
No-shows (failure to attend without cancellation) are non-refundable

6.2 Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule:

Contact us at least 48 hours before your session
One free reschedule is permitted per booking
Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to availability and fees

6.3 Cancellation by Heidi

Heidi reserves the right to cancel or postpone a session for legitimate reasons (illness, emergency, technical issues). In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling at no cost will be offered.

6.4 Course Refunds

Digital courses and recordings are non-refundable once accessed
If a course has not been accessed, a refund may be issued within 14 days of purchase
Refunds for group courses or events depend on the specific offering; details will be provided at enrollment

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Website and Content
